Chinaplas 2010 Review
During Chinaplas 2010, we successfully displayed our popular models as well as the newly developed products, which impressed visitors, customers and friends deeply. We would like to thank all visitors as well as our staff, agents and friends who helped make this show a big success. Meanwhile, we are in preparation of K 2010, the leading international trade fair for plastics and rubber.

ZERMA would like to announce the formation of a new affiliate business, ZERMA Australasia Pty Ltd which will be responsible for all sales of ZERMA equipment in Australasia.

ZERMA also has a large number of experienced representative offices ensuring efficient, professional service on a worldwide basis.
ZERMA Australasia Pty Ltd is a joint venture with Telford Smith Engineering Pty Ltd.
Their sales staff have experience with Zerma equipment and carry a range of size reduction equipment and spare parts. Telford Smith Engineering commenced business in 1927 and manufacture extrusion, compounding, recycling and pelletising equipment for plastic and rubber applications.

Zerma introduces ZBS series
We are proud to present the ZBS 600 shredder as the newest addition to the ZS series of single shaft shredders.
The ZBS shredder is a small, economical alternative to the ZSS series, designed for pre shredding of small lumps mainly in the injection and blow molding industry.
The ZBS series offers a powerful dependable machine with a small footprint, to complement an existing granulator or work in combination with a ZERMA granulator.

Force feeding for increased throughput
Zerma developed a force feeding hopper especially designed for bailed PET bottles, it will reduce bouncing of bottles in the cutting chamber by feeding them directly into the rotor, increasing throughput by 200% - 300%.
Without the need for a de-bailer or other specialized equipment.
We offer this hopper as a standard option for the GS and GSH series granulators, and as an add-on for various other granulator makes.
