Recycling of voluminous parts
Traditionally voluminous parts such as IBCs, barrels and pallets required a big machine in order to be recycled. To solve this issue ZERMA developed the ZIS series of shredders featuring an internal hydraulic pusher which increases the internal volume without increasing the footprint.
Pipe Recycling
Today the pipe industry mainly consists of PVC and PE pipes. Traditionally pipe recycling was done in one step with granulators, this is still a common practice on thinner PVC and to a lesser extent PE pipes.
Recycling of used tyres
Due to the increasing number of cars and trucks all over the world, used tires are available in large quantities and are extremely cheap. With a bit of clever recycling, you can get a whole lot out of used tires: granule in various final grain sizes, iron and profit.
