The latest press releases from ZERMA:

ZERMA: New ZRS series pipe shredder for larger diameter pipes.
Zerma has developed a new ZRS series pipe shredder to process plastic pipes with a diameter of up to 2.2 meters and a length of up to 7.0 meters.

ZERMA: Granulator for the Processing of Edge‐Trim and Thermoforming Waste using New Infeed Controls
ZERMA upgraded the machines with a new control system for the roller‐infeed, especially for processing edge‐trim and skeletal waste from thermoforming.

The updated beside the press granulators from ZERMA
ZERMA updated their long running line of GSL slow speed granulators. In January 2019 ZERMA opened a new production facility in Rayong, Thailand to meet the ever-growing. ZERMA took this opportunity to develop and introduce the GSL 180 Series and a GSL 300 Series update for further improvement with outstanding features.

ZERMA ZCS – combines a single‐shaft shredder with an efficient granulator
Installing a recycling system for in‐house scrap, such as rejected parts and purgings, into an existing location can be challenging. For this reason, ZERMA, with headquarters in Shanghai and a U.S. office in Crystal Lake, Illinois, has developed a stacked shredder‐granulator combination. The ZCS series combines the proven design and high torque of the ZERMA single‐shaft shredder with a highly efficient granulator, according to the company, providing a compact size reduction system.

Solutions for Inline Recycling ‐ the new GST granulator from ZERMA
ZERMA GST granulator with curved backwall
The new ZERMA granulators of the GST series are available in two rotor diameters, 250 and 400 mm with widths ranging from 300 to 1000 mm. While the smaller machines feature an open F rotor the bigger machines rely on a heavier S rotor. The rigid design makes them dependable units and includes advanced standard features such as replaceable wear plates. The curved backwall of the cutting chamber ensures an aggressive ingestion while also avoiding blockages.
